We become familiar with what a center feels like when it is underactive, when it is overactive, and when it is aligned and fully In Power.
Knowing the Heart Chakra is connected to love, connection, giving and receiving is information.
Recognizing when our own Heart is overactive or underactive — and knowing which elemental energy and practices can help restore its balance — is wisdom we can use.
